Order Cancellation Policy

At PureCompete, we understand that sometimes customers may need to change or cancel an order. We strive to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order by sending us an email at [email protected]. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

I have not received my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

I mistakenly put an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?

It is on a case-by-case basis. If your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, but the shipping address can be modified. If your order has already shipped, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
