If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If you placed a wrong order, return shipping costs are your responsibility. No returns are accepted beyond 30 days of delivery.

For damaged items:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photo evidence of the damage and the packaging
  • Without photo evidence, no refund, credit, or replacement can be offered

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return, to the original payment method.
